Llewellyn van der Merwe	9947113857	Added the getCustomFieldCode, setFieldFilterSet, setFieldFilterListSet, setFilterFieldFile methods to the field compiler area. Refactored few other methods and added setDefaultSidebarFilterHelper, setCategorySidebarFilterHelper, setBatchDisplayHelper, setDefaultBatchHelper, setCategoryBatchHelper methods in the integration area of the compiler. Llewellyn van der Merwe	4581b310de	Updated the compiler to now add GUI placeholders, resolved gh-451 so we now have easy roundtrip development beyond the original custom-code implementation.
