* Add config option to disable blending
This is intended to work around issues with some images blending incorrectly with ARGB visuals.
* Fix order of config documentation.
* Update configuration variable name to simply "draw_blended".
* Fix for SonarCloud malloc warning.
* Update free to delete as part of malloc change.

Rules applied with:
$ find . -iname *.h -o -iname *.cc | xargs clang-format \
-style=file -i -fallback-style=google
