Fix an FD leak in APCUPSD.
...
In some cases the socket FD may have not been closed in the APCUPSD
update function.
This fixes #725 .

Use getaddrinfo instead of gethostbyname
...
Patches conky to use getaddrinfo instead of gethostbyname everywhere. gethostbyname is rather
flawed and doesn't support IPv6 properly.
