perf(nodejs): evaluate nodejs format string lazily (#2160)

* fix(nodejs): update format string

* test(nodejs): adjust tests to new format strings

* fix(nodejs): use once_cell's Lazy to implement hassleless lazy execution

* chore(nodejs): run rustfmt
