- [Feature] Add configuration setting `PREVIEW_LMS_BASE` for custom
preview domain.
- [Improvement] Enable milestones application flag `MILESTONES_APP` and
prerequisite courses feature flags `ENABLE_PREREQUISITE_COURSES` by
default.
