According to [1], request to uwsgi with header
larger than the default value 4096 will end up
with below error as #426:
invalid request block size: 4123 (max 4096)...skip
hr_instance_read(): Connection reset by peer
[plugins/http/http.c line 647]
This commit fixes it by changing the maximum
buffer size as 4096
Also: Similar issue was already identifed and
fixed in [2] on tutor-ecommerce
