Just to confirm are you using this link: https://git.vdm.dev/joomla/pkg-component-builder/archive/v3.2.0-beta5.zip

If not please use that one for testing.

JCB's last stable release was: https://git.vdm.dev/joomla/pkg-component-builder/archive/v3.1.28.zip and while it seems to work on my side... the whole world of JCB has changes since then, and that is why we are on beta5... since 3.2.0 is about to be set stable.
