Steps to reproduce the issue

I have follow wiki about library youtube video to set up my site view library loaded,as the screenshot in the attachment.

Expected result

footable v3 can't be loaded on frontend site view.

Actual result

on site view page, I hope that footable v3 js file can be loaded.

System information (as much as possible)

OS Name & Version: Debian 12
MySql Version: 8.0.35
Apache Version:
PHP Version: 8.1
Joomla Version: 5.1.1
JCB Version: 5.0.2-alpha3
Browser: Firefox 129
