[BUG]: Class header power selector is no longer searchable. #1167

What Happened?

When adding a class header to a site view you can no longer search in the selectbox for the powers to be added. After importing the super powers i now have giant list i easily search through.

Steps to reproduce the Bug

Setup clean Joomla 5

Which Joomla version are you compiling in?

Joomla 5.1.4

Which PHP version are you compiling in?

8.3.11

Which Joomla versions are you targeting?

Joomla 5

Which PHP version are you targeting?

8.3

Which Web server is JCB running on?

Apache

Which Relational Database is JCB running on?

Mysql

Which OS is JCB running on?

Linux

Which JCB version are you using?

5.0.3-alpha3

Where in JCB did this issue occur?

Powers(admin_views)

On which browsers did you encounter the issue?

Firefox

It's not a system breaking bug, just annoying. No pressure to fix this asap!
