Test installed the Demo 5 component for Joomla 6. Component compiled fine, and everything appears to be working correctly. However, upon attempting to uninstall the component, I receive a warning:
Joomla\Filesystem\Folder::folders: Path is not a folder. Path: [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_demo
In looking at the file structure, that folder no longer exists, and it appears that everything uninstalled, with the exception of that warning message.
I know that Joomla 6, and JCB 6 are still under development, and this appears to be a minor issue, but still felt that it should be reported so that it can be resolved before official release.

We're aware of this issue and are actively working on a fix.
It appears that the JCB installer is the source of the problem — I've already spent quite some time investigating it. In the meantime, you can work around it by installing the extensions directly through Joomla's native installer, or by installing them one at a time instead of using the “Install all above extensions on this Joomla! website” button.
