I'm attempting to add a custom toolbar button using the controls under the Toolbar tab of the Admin View area. What I originally wanted was to simply link to a custom code I already created. There is no option to select an existing one, and creating one doesn't link it. I have some demo components installed which have a custom code link there. I just can't add my own.
Steps to reproduce the Bug
I clicked the [+] button underneath Add/Edit Customcode. It changes to a new window where I create the Custom Code. I click Save and Close, and the Admin View still has no reference to any custom code.

I am now realising that Add/Edit Customcode is just a convenience link and I need to add the shortcode to a code area for things to link up. I wonder if a more intuitive solution would be possible.
