Steps to reproduce the issue

Installed Joomla_3.8.10-Stable-Full_Package
Installed Joomla-Component-Builder-staging
Tried to add a new component, on save I received the message:
"Call to a member function enqueueMessage() on null"
Changed from PHP 5.6 to 7.1, same result

Expected result

Actual result

System information (as much as possible)

OS and Version: CentOS Linux 7.5.1804
MySql Version: 5.5.56-MariaDB
Apache Version: 2.4.6
PHP Version: 7.1.19
Joomla Version: 3.8.10 Stable
JCB Version: 2.8.1
Browser: Firefox/60.0

Additional comments

I was using the staging and not the master. The master version allows me to create a component.
