Steps to reproduce the issue

Open any dynamic get, and it will auto select all the fields on the selected view/db of the main get.

Expected result

You should be able to select only the fields you want to use.

Actual result

It auto selects all the fields

System information (as much as possible)

OS Name & Version: Ubuntu 18
MySql Version: 5.7.25-0ubuntu0.18.04.2
Apache Version: Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)
PHP Version: 7.2.10-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
Joomla Version: 3.9.2
JCB Version: 2.9.10
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

We will need to push out a quick fix.
