Steps to reproduce the issue

Compile a component.
Use the search field present in the compiled component.
Click on the delete button.

Expected result

The text in the search field is deleted.

Actual result

The delete button of the text search field of the compiled component backend does not empty the field.

System information (as much as possible)

OS Name & Version: Windows 10
MySql Version: 5.6
Apache Version: 2.4.51
PHP Version: 7.4.30
Joomla Version: 3.10.10
JCB Version: 2.13.1
Browser: Google Chrome / Firefox
