Steps to reproduce the issue

Install the latest beta package (3.1.22)
activate all JCB related plugins
compile

Expected result

Succesfull compile

Actual result

System information (as much as possible)

OS Name & Version: Windows 10
PHP Version: 7.4
Joomla Version: 3.10.11
JCB Version: 3.1.22 Beta release
Browser: Firefox

Additional comments

Installing beta version 3.1.20 and updating to 3.1.22 does not fix this issue

The line VDM\Joomla\Gitea\Service\Utilities is not found in any of the package files so it must be somewhere inside a power. If i base64 encode the error line and search for that in de powers table i still cant find it.
