Steps to reproduce the issue

Using JCB 3.1.2
Going to Extensions: Update
JCB new version does't appear

Expected result

Update Site should show
https://git.vdm.dev/joomla/Component-Builder/raw/branch/master/componentbuilder_update_server.xml

Actual result

https://git.vdm.dev/joomla/Component-Builder/raw/branch/staging/componentbuilder_update_server.xml

System information (as much as possible)

OS Name & Version: Mac OS Ventura
MySql Version: 5.7.39
Apache Version: 2.4.54
PHP Version: 7.4.33
Joomla Version: 3.10.11
JCB Version: 3.1.2
Browser: all
