Llewellyn b8d8b8e813 Resolved gh-460 to insure that all default fields, including the access and meta fields can be overwriten/replaced with self build fields. Added the UIKIT3 Icon JS to the document where needed. Fixed the permissions implementation to insure spacer fields are not targeted with edit controll and when a view permission is set, it behave correctly.
