It is done e10b35feed, had to change the layout a little to make room for many countries if needed. If you login you will see a tab next to cPanel called "Usage Statistics" it even works for service providers.

That’s great!

2 small points and one bigger one.

· I would like the table to indicate that the figures in brackets are number of employees (I assume that’s what it is)

· Please format a 000’s separator in the numbers

The bigger point!
· Can we have a simple way to designate the dummy companies as Training Profiles so that they are not counted in the usage stats?

Thanks

Matthew

Hi

The first point, if you hover over the number it has a tool tip.

Second point has only one easy answer and that is a list of users that should be excluded from calculations. In options we can add a field where these users are selected.

Hi, Matthew

Would you rather have a button in the Company view (where it is edited) that can be set by the owner, like the lock option. Only this button will be used to identify if this company data is to be used in the statistics. Then there is the Service provider level option. This option is like the first idea of a list of ids to exclude, yet this list is set by the service providers in their own profile, where they would edit there contact details.

To me this last option seems like the best idea since the service providers is closer to the Clients and therefore more aware of demo companies being set and used to test ideas. So we could combine the ideas, lets review.

  1. The first idea was a global list of ids set by the global administrator that lists all the companies they know to be demo.
  2. The client level button to switch a companies status from "real company" to "fictional company".
  3. A service provider level list of ids of all companies they know are not real.
  4. Then in calculation of the statistics we can use all this data to insure we exclude all "fictional companies"
  5. This seems to be the most efficient way, let me know if I should continue with the implementation, and if you would like all levels or only some.

Hi,

I have added a switch on the company level called mode that has the selection option of "real company" and "testing company" I have also update the database to reflect that those ids that were given reflect as testing companies. So now the Usage Statistics does not include any "testing companies". e10b35feed

If you would like the naming changed please let me know ASAP.

OK,

I think switch is better with the Service Providers, but I can live with this if that would take too long.
Please make the following language changes:

Mode – Account type
Real Company – Company account
Testing Company – Training account

Thanks Matthew

Hi Matthew

To add the switch on servers provider level was one of the options, I asked for your feedback, but a final answer was never give so I implemented the most logic option so I can get this issue resolved. The way it works now any user can change that inside the company edit view, if you want to move it our of the company into the service providers then please let me know ASAP. So we can get this part finalized.
