  1. Under all 3 of these there is a section to ask whether the person is above a certain age. Is it possible to rather than a YES/NO answer, enter the exact age?
    Or is there another space where the exact age of the patient is entered and can be reviewed?

  2. Also under all 3 Cancer icons is a question that asks whether this person seems to be overweight. Could we replace this question with 3 seperate questions a. height
    b. weight
    c. BMI and after that a "comment" field to describe the figures according to the BMI chart as underweight,normal, overweight, obese etc.
