Hi
The kind of information we want from the tables, do we also write it here? Or is that something we discuss later?
Thank You
@OmnicareTrust_Sabine I think it is best that you share as much as possible here in the issues of that which we need to know.
Ok. I will just sort of list all the things we want to know from the data here.
Everything below we want to know per year and per month and also in total (all clinics and sites together) and separate, per clinic and per site :) hope it makes sense
Then we want to know the genders, male and female patients.
so e.g. total male patients per month & year; total male patients per clinic per month and year; male patients per site etc.
and the same with female patients
Then, we also want to see how many patients in different age groups. There are 3 Age groups: under 5; 5-18; above 18.
For each diagnosis we want the same information e.g. Common Cold - total patients, total pt. per site, total pt. per clinic, per nurse, men woman and in different age groups
for each service we give we want the same info e.g. breast cancer (which will obviously be more female) prostate cancer (more male), HIV testing, Family Planning, Immunisations, Chronic conditions etc.
Also, for each medication: how many of that medication did we give out in total for the month and year, how many of that medication for that time period per site, per clinic, per Nurse e.g. Amoxycillin 100 x in July, 20 at Samora, 50 at Moses Garoeb, 10 at Faith, 20 at Mix and 70 by clinic Daisy, 30 by clinic Freddy. And 35 For Sister S, 35 for Sister M and 30 for Sister N.
(Does that make sense? I hope I am explaining ok)
Then we also want to know patient specific data e.g. for this period of time (month/year/may-june etc.) this specific pt. visited Mr Sister clinics X amount of (e.g. 5) times, received medication: Y amount (e.g. 3) of Amoxicillin, (2) Panado, (5) Ibuprofen etc. Diagnosis e.g. 3x Upper Respiratory tract infection, 2 x Diarrhoea ; 5x Family Planning 1x HIV testing etc.
But then this data also in such a way that if you specifically look for a list of patient names for a specific site (e.g. Moses) that it gives us the list of names, and then it can also be adjusted to give the names plus the medications for each or the diagnosis for each.
(Does this make sense?)
Thank You
