3DES: Fixed ContinuousBuffer() in CTR/CFB/OFB
FIXED: multiple calls to enable/enableContinuousBuffer() work's now in CTR/CFB/OFB FIXED: "Illegal string offset" and strlen(array()) Warning/Notice Performance improvement in CFB Mode with enableContinuousBuffer() using MODE_MCRYPT
