Mark McEver c1659a5842 Removed the deprecated "--dev" argument from the recommended composer command. When that argument is specified, composer prints the following: 
You are using the deprecated option "dev". Dev packages are installed by default now.

MIT-licensed pure-PHP implementations of an arbitrary-precision integer arithmetic library, fully PKCS#1 (v2.1) compliant RSA, DES, 3DES, RC4, Rijndael, AES, Blowfish, Twofish, SSH-1, SSH-2, SFTP, and X.509

Installing Development Dependencies

Dependencies are managed via Composer.

  1. Download the composer.phar executable as per the Composer Download Instructions, e.g. by running

    curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | php

  2. Install Dependencies

    php composer.phar install

Contributing

    vendor/bin/phpunit
