generate: allow passing `-` for stdout output Since generating completions to stdout for multiple shells does not make sense, enforce `-` is supplied only once.

Enhancement: Allow generating shell completions to stdout
Restic `generate` now supports passing `-` passed as file name to `--[shell]-completion` option.
