Bugfix: Fix tar issues when dumping `/`
|

|

We've fixed an issue with dumping either `/` or files on the first sublevel
|
||
|
|
e.g. `/foo` to tar. This also fixes tar dumping issues on Windows where this
|
||
|
|
issue could also happen.
