We've reworked calens[1] a bit, the changelog/releases file is not needed any more. Insteady, the release date is stored in the dir name which contains the changelog entries. [1] https://github.com/restic/calens

Bugfix: Run prune when `forget --prune` is called with just snapshot IDs

A bug in the `forget` command caused `prune` not to be run when `--prune` was
|
|
specified without a policy, e.g. when only snapshot IDs that should be
|
|
forgotten are listed manually.
