Bugfix: Disable handling SIGPIPE

We've disabled handling SIGPIPE again. Turns out, writing to broken TCP
|
|
connections also raised SIGPIPE, so restic exits on the first write to a
|
|
broken connection. Instead, restic should retry the request.
