Stefan Tatschner ecc72d7693 systemd: Remove exit code 2, due to #2578 
PR #2578 enables us to remove the exit code 2 from the list of
success status codes, because SIGINT will be handled properly.
I have also converted STNORESTART to --no-restart for the sake
of consistency.

Systemd Configuration

This directory contains configuration files for running Syncthing under the "systemd" service manager on Linux both under either a systemd system service or systemd user service. For further documentation take a look at the systemd section on http://docs.syncthing.net.
