Llewellyn van der Merwe	9947113857	Added the getCustomFieldCode, setFieldFilterSet, setFieldFilterListSet, setFilterFieldFile methods to the field compiler area. Refactored few other methods and added setDefaultSidebarFilterHelper, setCategorySidebarFilterHelper, setBatchDisplayHelper, setDefaultBatchHelper, setCategoryBatchHelper methods in the integration area of the compiler. Llewellyn van der Merwe	ed43b00862	Expande the compiler to fully build and zip plugins linked to components. Added plugin_updates area. Fixed gh-446 to insure that JFormRuleInt validates correctly in the admin field realtions.
