ac9d107e77 Remove build date and associated vars 
For reproducible builds, the build date messes things up, and some
distros just set it to 1980 now anyway. Thus, it's better to remove the
date altogether.

* Docs have been migrated from docbook to yaml + jinja2 + pandoc
* Created a new (basic) website for docs based on React + Tailwinds
