Llewellyn van der Merwe	affaeb72f8	Resolved gh-441 to allow fieldtype name prefixing. Resolved gh-443 to allow Alphanumeric+dot in fieldtype name. Fixed gh-446 to insure that JFormRuleInt validates correctly in the admin field realtions. Llewellyn van der Merwe	73d383c755	Resolved gh-345 by adding whole new mysql table selection options in the admin view, under the mySql tab. Fixed the folder & file loader. Fixed the Update of custom files, so even the custom code and external code placholders will work in external files.
