Pull Request for Issue gh-315.

Summary of Changes

Fixed the WHMC implementation.

Testing Instructions

Add the WHMC licensing to a component and check that it works as expected.

Expected result

WHMCS will work integrate with JCB as expected.

Actual result

There were some class declaration errors, but they are now fixed.

Documentation Changes Required

We may need to make so tutorial of how to use the WHMCS extension.
