Alexander Neumann a5c0cf2324 Add workaround for symlinked temp dir on darwin 
Chdir to the tempdir, then use os.Getwd() to get the name that
filepath.Abs() uses (and stores in the Snapshot).

file system (`Local`) and one for a single file read from an
`io.Reader` (`Reader`).
